Dear parents, carers and families
I am very pleased to invite you to attend a Parent and Carer Information Evening on Tuesday 18th July from 18.00 – 19.30 hrs.
I have immensely enjoyed my first year as Headteacher at the school and I have especially enjoyed meeting so many parents and families as we work towards success for all of our students.
As we come towards the end of a busy and successful year, I would like to take the opportunity to reflect with you on the work we have done this year. I am also delighted that the governing body have approved our strategic development plans for next year. I would therefore like to open the opportunity to all parents and carers to have a chance to hear about the curriculum, teaching, and pastoral support we continue to offer to students as we aspire to excellence. The event will consist of the following:
- A summary of the work we have done as school leaders, teachers and staff this year to support students to excel
- A summary of our strategic development plans for next year
- An opportunity to participate in a parents’ steering group next year, which will offer a chance to be invited to consult and feedback on some of our strategic development aims
The presentation will be followed by an informal opportunity to meet with me and the Senior Leadership Team over light refreshments.
